We aim to dispatch rings 30 days after receipt of the order. As all items are made to order some items may take longer than 30 days due to exceptional circumstances. All deliveries are subject to payment authorisation. If delivery is anticipated to be greater than that indicated for that item, we will contact you by e-mail or telephone to agree a new delivery date. We cannot be held liable for any loss you may suffer as a result of late delivery or cancellation of your order. We cannot be held liable if Royal Mail fail to deliver your item(s) on time or not at all. Proof of posting can be produced upon request and all items are insured for loss, so a replacement will be posted out in due course once confirmation has been received from Royal Mail that the package has been lost in the post. As the ring/s are made to order returns cannot be accepted. A binding contract is formed once your order has been accepted. You may cancel your order within 48 hours of your purchase but a small charge will be incurred due to transaction fees. As all rings are customised goods made to order, we cannot accept cancellation of your order after this period. This does not affect your statutory rights.

Prices and availability of items are subject to change without prior notice.

No contract will be formed between you and WeddingRingMaker Ltd for the sale of any items until payment is completed. Payment will be deemed complete on a confirmation email from WeddingRingMaker Ltd. Any email confirmation as detailed in this section, from WeddingRingMaker Ltd will be deemed complete and to have been effectively communicated to you at the time the confirmation email is sent, regardless of whether or not the email is received.

Any contract can be cancelled by WeddingRingMaker Ltd at any time at their sole discretion and all monies paid in respect thereof will be refunded.

All duties, taxes and any other payments whatsoever incurred in relation to the importation of goods from WeddingRingMaker Ltd to another country will be payable by the purchaser of such goods.

The use of this website is at your own risk. WeddingRingMaker Ltd is not liable for any damage or loss whatsoever caused by the Internet or our website or any related information technology. WeddingRingMaker Ltd does not warrant that the website will be uninterrupted or free from computer viruses or other malicious programs or any other technical difficulties which may cause direct, indirect, consequential, incidental or any other damage to you or any other party.

WeddingRingMaker Ltd shall not be liable to you or any other party for any loss or damage suffered whatsoever, including direct or indirect loss of profit, except from death or personal injury resulting from our negligence, due directly or indirectly to any use of this website or reliance on it or its contents or any information, advice or otherwise in any way connected with it.
