Q. How long will it take for my order to arrive?
A. All WeddingRingMaker rings are made specially to order, therefore it takes approximately 30 days for your ring/s to be hand made and shipped to you.
Q. Where are your products made?
A. All our products are made in the UK from the finest quality materials.
Q. Do you ship internationally?
A. Yes, please contact us for international shipping costs.
Q. Is payment on your website secure?
A. Yes, absolutely. PayPal processes all payments through their card processing system, they employ extensive measures to keep your details safe. While WeddingRingMaker accepts full responsibility for the jewellery you order, we have no access to your card details.
Q. Are receipts sent with purchases?
A. A receipt for the payment will be sent out on acceptance of the order.
Q. Can I have my order sent to a different delivery address?
A. Yes, Royal Mail will request a signature for proof of delivery, please specify a delivery address which is the most convenient for you.
Q. How will I know if you've received my order?
A. We will send you an email to confirm that we have received your order.
Q. How will I know when my order has been sent?
A. We will email you details prior to the ring/s being dispatched. Every order is sent Royal Mail special delivery with a unique track and trace code which we will advise you of on dispatch. Your ring should arrive before 1pm the next working day. You can track and trace the item through www.royalmail.com Track and Trace Service.Q. Can I contact you by telephone?
A. Yes, you can phone us on 0141 229 1486 between 10 am and 6pm, Monday to Saturday, if you get the answer machine please leave a message and we will get back to you.
Q. Can I return a product, exchange or get a refund?
A. You can cancel the order within 48 hours of the order being accepted, a small charge will be made to cover the transaction costs. As the ring/s are made to order we cannot accept returns. For further details please refer to Terms & Conditions.
Q. Can the rings be resized?
A. Every ring is made to the exact size as specified by you. We will send you a ring sizer on request. Resizes are normally subject to a charge to cover costs and postage and packing. Contact us for further information.
Q. What are the different finishes like?
A. The rings will be dispatched to you with a polished finish. Please specify if you want a satin finish instead.
Q. Do you take orders by phone?
A. Yes. Please call us on 0141 229 1486 and we will be happy to process the order over the phone. Please have your credit card details handy.
Q. Can you create me an original piece for me?
A. We would be happy to create an individually designed piece for you. Please e-mail us or phone 0141 229 1486. There is a charge for designs which is redeemable against your order.
