Postage and Packaging

We offer free P&P on all orders. All orders are sent by Royal Mail 24-hour Special Delivery. Packages will require a signature on delivery. Our rings are attractively presented in gift boxes. Please contact us for overseas rates.

Item Availability

Our rings are specially made for you and will normally be dispatched in 30 days. Any delays will be notified to you by e-mail. If you need an item by a specific date, please contact us on 0141 229 1486. Alternatively, please do not hesitate to contact us on customerservice@weddingringmaker.co.uk before placing an order and we will advise you.

Delivery Times

Deliveries by Royal Mail are not made on Saturdays, Sundays and public holidays. We dispatch all orders as soon as the order is completed. We will e-mail you to let you know the goods have been dispatched. We aim to dispatch items 30 days from receipt of the order. We cannot be held liable for any loss you may suffer as a result of late delivery or cancellation of your order. We cannot be held liable if The Royal Mail fail to deliver your item(s) on time or not at all. Proof of posting can be produced upon request and all items are insured on confirmation that the package has been lost in the post. Returns Policy

As the ring/s are made to order we cannot accept returns unless faulty. Please ensure you order your correct ring size as if resizing is required there will be a charge. Our returns policy is governed by our Terms and Conditions. These Terms and Conditions do not affect your statutory rights

By clicking the Confirm Order button to submit your order on the checkout screen you are offering to buy goods at the price stated subject to our terms and conditions.

All prices are shown in GB Pounds Sterling and include delivery via Royal Mail Special Delivery within Mainland UK. WeddingRingMaker Ltd reserve the right to change any advertised prices at any time.

A binding contract is formed once your order has been accepted. You may cancel your order within 48 hours of your purchase.

Whilst we try and ensure that the photographs of the items are as realistic as possible. We try to ensure that all product description, pictorial representation, pricing and availability are accurate on our website but errors may occur. We will contact you upon discovery of an error and give you the option of reconfirming your order or cancelling.

Please check the goods on delivery. If the goods are delivered faulty, damaged or specified incorrectly you must inform us within 7 days of delivery. The goods must be posted back to WeddingRingMaker Ltd, 1st Floor, 46 Gordon Street, Glasgow, G1 3PU using Royal Mail Special Delivery and we will arrange a replacement or repair at our expense. If you do not inform us within 7 days we shall have no liability for goods said to be faulty, damaged or specified incorrectly.
